Who We Are
At Treadstone, we talk more about culture than we do about anything else - even climbing or Ninja Warrior. Any top tier organization knows that they are more than their product. 

It’s why Chick-fil-A is a different experience than a fast food joint. Why Disney is different from an amusement park. Why a Ritz-Carlton is more than a hotel with nice furniture. 
Inspired by that tradition, ours is a Christ-centered culture of customer service, fitness, adventure, servant leadership, and mentorship. We are building people, of all ages; helping them to be all they can be, and live their lives more abundantly. 

Fitness is a major component of that, and climbers are among the very fittest people. Beyond that, climbing’s “summit experience” is the perfect way to build real confidence, learn to work towards specific goals, problem solve, and achieve. 

 
What We Do
Our Main Program: 
We have a complete offering of climbing classes for each skill level, and we help you track your progress, all feeding an intentional skills progression plan that we call “The Path.”

That program will be expanded this coming January. Details to be announced at our December 16 Christmas Social.  
Team Building: 
We also use climbing as a metaphor for life - teaching leadership, intentional living concepts, and organizational excellence skills we have learned from climbing, fitness, the best books and podcasts, the fun-centered high performance cultures of companies like Google and Chick-fil-A; and working in the military as Ranger Instructors and Special Forces operators. 

These skills work for any team or individual, from corporations and other teams, to school and Church groups. Leadership is leadership, because people are people. We try to blend the best of all worlds into our culture, and are constantly improving for the benefit of The Treadstone Tribe.

There are patches too, that are coveted annual awards that recognize consistency all through the year each year, awarded during a Christmas party. They are worn on climbing team “letter jackets” or member jerseys.
