Family Fun Bouldering Competition
 
Help us "Save the Tetons!" Treadstone is raising money for breast cancer research/awareness with our local "Save the Tetons" bouldering competition on Oct 20th. This comp will be a "just-for-fun" family event and great preparation for our USAC-sanctioned Youth Bouldering Competition on November 10th.

Check-in and Late Registration start at 9:00 am. 

Competition begins at 10:00 am. 

Registration is $25.00 
($35.00 After Oct 13th)

A portion of your registration will be donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation

Blacklight Rock Climbing Event
 
Join us for this blacklight climbing event on Oct 20th, the night of the "Save the Tetons" Bouldering Competition. 

The theme this year is Creatures of the Night! So dress up in your family-friendly costume and come enjoy climbing, games and activities. We will have candy, prizes and Frightful Fun! 

Come wearing any costume that fits our "Family-Friendly Creatures of the Night" theme (bats, cats, wolves, owls etc) and you will get $5 off admission.

Early registration: $15

Our Fourth Annual River City Rockfest Event will feature professional course setting, lots of new handholds, and the always-great “Treadstone Tribe vibe.”

Homeschool students of all ages enjoy 2 hours (1:30 pm - 3:30 pm) of Ninja activities every 2nd and 4th Friday 
of the Month. 

Admission is only $10 and includes gear! 
Homeschool Ninja P.E.
Youth Fitness Classes
Homeschool Ninja P.E. is the chance to take your student's fitness to Ninja level! Our Treadstone Ninja Instructor will coach you student through strength training and mobility drills accompanied by a Rock Climbing, Ninja Warrior/Parkour Lesson base. Each student will have the chance to take two classes a week (one Rock Climbing focused and the other Ninja Warrior/Parkour). 

These classes are purchased in a monthly bulk of $80.

Ninja Camps
 
Seasonal Camps 
Our Ninja camps are for ages 5 - 12 (5 year-olds must have already completed Kindergarten). Each day of Camp is from 8 am - 4 pm and includes, Climbing, Parkour, Ninja Warrior, Games and crafts. Food is not included and we ask that you bring enough food for your ninja's lunch and 2 snack times.

Ninja Fit Kids Program
 
Afterschool Classes
Take your child's fitness and agility to Ninja Level! This Program is for ages 5 - 12 (5-year-olds must have already completed Kindergarten). Ninjas will learn foundational and intermediate Parkour, Ninja Warrior, and Climbing Skills. The "Ninja Fit Kids" Program also focuses on character building and the history of the Climbing/Parkour cultures. Please come in or call for 
more details.  
Youth Climbing Teams
 
YounGuns
Take your training to the next level by joining our Treadstone Youth Climbing Team, "YounGuns". Coaching sessions are held Tuesday and Thursday each week from 6:00pm -7:30pm. Head Coach Shaun Broughton, and his assistant coaches, will train your ninja up for seasonal local and regional competitions.
Treadstone's Silks Fitness Class
Experience the "artistry of movement" while increasing your core and upper body strength. Our Silks Class is every Thursday and Friday evening from 6:30 - 8 pm. 
Saturday, we have open gym from 12 - 2 pm. 
Classes will be Cancelled from 
Sept 13th - Oct 1st.

Benjamin Lorenzen
 General Manager 
On the rare occasion that Ben is not found at Treadstone, you will find him climbing outdoors, backpacking, playing guitar/ukulele and taking long walks on the beach. He has been an avid mountaineer for 12 years and ascended to climbing. Ben's origin in Rock Climbing was after backpacking the Appalachian Trail and found it as the best way to train for the Pacific Crest Trail he plans to hike. 
Nicole Clark

Nicole's climbing obsession began years ago when she lived in Nashville, TN and went to King's Bluff. She has been on a brief climbing sabbatical bringing two future climbers into the world. At 29, she also loves to hike, camp, and paint. Treadstone has allowed her to jump back into her climbing passion.
Shaun Broughton
Course Setting Manager & Head Coach
 Shaun "sent" head first into his passion of rock climbing two and half years ago. Climbing both indoors/outdoors from coast to coast. He also enjoys snowboarding, camping , and hiking. "I enjoy bouldering over sport climbing but any climbing is worth doing in my opinion".
Will Salls
Front Desk and Social Butterfly
The Original Millennial of the gym, Will is an avid climber, backcountry camper, and ukulele player. Don't let the desk job fool you though, with 1.5 yrs of climbing experience he is no stranger to adventure, including cage fighting in Mexico.
Cole Barefoot
 Climbing Coach 1
This climbing beast has been an outdoor climbing Gypsy for over two years. Starting out as an Eagle Scout, Cole has climbed at Sand Rock, Red River Gorge, Foster Falls, Little River Canyon, and Stone Fort. His greatest achievement thus far is when he flashed "Banshee", a 5.11c.
Winston Walker
 Climbing Coach 2
 Winston is 23 years old, and enjoys rock climbing, parkour, singing, soccer, reading, building things, and playing video games. He has been working at Treadstone and the CSU climbing wall for 3 years. His favorite routes are "Misty" a 5.10 c/d
 and "Pigs and Zen" a 5.11 b/c.
Orion Goodwin

 You can find Orion climbing, hiking, camping, kayaking or diving into his indoor passions of pursuing engineering. Yes, "being nerdy Rocks!" Treadstone has been his climbing home for three years and he has progressed to become a solid 5.9 climber outdoors at 
Sand Rock, AL.
Denver Mott
Videographer and Special Events Staff
From hanging around the gym to becoming a part of the team here at Treadstone, Denver enjoys Parkour & climbing. He is also an avid videographer and intends on pursuing that as a career. At the age of 19, he has a lot to look forward to!
Marc and Gaylene Heileman
Owners
 Since 1991, Marc - the owner of Treadstone - has worked as a professional rock climber, climbing guide, certified personal trainer, team building course director, climbing guide, and Programs Manager for first class fitness centers in Atlanta. He was ranked by the USAC the #9-in-the-USA competition climber in the year 2000 and has placed as high as fifth in his category at international level climbing competitions. He started as a ropes course facilitator and corporate trainer in 1991 and continues to be active in that field, conducting team building workshops that have an exclusive, high-performance focus.
